Unique Indoor Comfort, a home-services platform backed by Grove Mountain Partners, acquired four regional businesses: All-Phase Electrical (Philadelphia, PA), Dick Hill & Son (Richmond, IN), Carolina Custom Air (Mount Pleasant/Awendaw area, SC) and Rye Heating & Air Conditioning (Lincolnton, NC). The deals expand Unique’s geographic footprint and service capabilities (including electrical work); each former owner will remain as president of their respective business.
