The investment secures access to nChain's extensive blockchain and Web3 patent library and R&D capabilities, intended to accelerate commercial adoption of the company's enterprise blockchain IP and software offerings.

Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in IntegriChain from Accel-KKR
