Main Post Partners has made a strategic growth investment in Highland Arms Enterprises (HAE), one of the largest Neighborly franchisee operators within the Precision Garage Door Service system. The capital will support HAE’s expansion—including additional Precision franchise acquisitions and potential purchases of other Neighborly brands—while founder Kevin Spratt and the existing management team remain in place.

WELL Health Acquires MyHealth Partners

WELL Health Technologies Corp. agreed to acquire MyHealth Partners Inc. for C$206M in cash, shares and debt financing plus a contingent earn-out of up to C$60M, making WELL the largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator in Canada and a leading multi-disciplinary telehealth provider. MyHealth operates 48 locations across Ontario (with ~75% of consultations via telehealth) and is expected to generate proforma revenues of approximately C$100M with ~20% EBITDA margins in 2021.
