BTM, founded in 1966 and based in Marysville, Michigan, supplies clinching and piercing tools, inserted fastener and work-holding equipment, and fully automated assembly systems to global OEMs in automotive, appliance, furniture, garage door and general industrial markets; Peakstone Group represented BTM in the transaction.
