Honeywell Acquires Sundyne from Warburg Pincus for $2.16B

Honeywell completed an all-cash $2.16 billion acquisition of Sundyne from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. The deal adds engineered pumps, integrally geared compressors and aftermarket services to Honeywell's Energy and Sustainability Solutions portfolio, expanding capabilities across refining, petrochemicals, LNG and clean fuels while leveraging Honeywell Forge for integrated offerings.
