Warburg Pincus Leads $130M Growth Investment in Conexiom

Conexiom, a Vancouver-based SaaS provider of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay automation, received a $130 million growth investment led by Warburg Pincus. Existing investors Luminate Capital (which retains a majority stake) and ICONIQ Growth remain investors; the funding will be used to accelerate product investment and expand Conexiom’s platform for manufacturers and distributors.
