Accenture Acquires IQT Group

Accenture has agreed to acquire IQT Group, an Italy-based provider of engineering managed services for large infrastructure and net-zero projects. The acquisition brings IQT's more than 450 consultants and engineers into Accenture's infrastructure and capital projects practice to strengthen capabilities for electricity, water and telecom infrastructure, energy efficiency and net-zero program delivery in Italy and Europe.

Accenture Acquires Insight Sourcing

Accenture has agreed to acquire Insight Sourcing, an Atlanta-based provider of strategic sourcing and procurement services, including its energy procurement business Insight Energy. The deal will add roughly 220 sourcing consultants and a suite of procurement technology tools to Accenture’s Sourcing & Procurement practice to strengthen its capabilities for private equity and corporate clients across consumer goods, retail, technology and industrial sectors.

Epassi Group Acquires UK-based Zest

As part of the deal Matt Russell will lead the combined UK business as CEO, and the acquisition is intended to deepen Epassi's product suite for employer customers and accelerate its pan‑European growth.

Accenture Acquires Zafin's Professional Services Assets

Accenture has agreed to acquire select employees and professional services assets from Zafin and will become a preferred integrator for Zafin's financial services software platform under a strategic alliance. The deal, intended to strengthen Accenture's integration and development capabilities for financial services clients while allowing Zafin to focus on product innovation, is expected to close in Q1 2019; terms were not disclosed.
