GameChange Energy Technologies has acquired the Electrical Balance of Systems (eBOS) division from Terrasmart, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries, adding the eBOS product line and a U.S. manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan to its platform. The acquisition expands GameChange’s module-to-grid capabilities for utility-scale solar projects by integrating pre-engineered and prefabricated electrical systems and the eBOS team into its tracker, racking, transformer, and grid-equipment offerings.

Electronic Arts Acquires Metalhead Software

Electronic Arts (EA) has acquired Metalhead Software, the Victoria, British Columbia-based developer of the Super Mega Baseball franchise. The Metalhead team will continue operating from Victoria and will partner with EA SPORTS to grow the franchise and develop new sports gaming experiences; terms were not disclosed.

ESE Entertainment Acquires GameAddik

ESE Entertainment Inc. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 9327-7358 Quebec Inc. DBA GameAddik, a Quebec-based gaming technology and performance marketing company. The deal consideration includes cash and common shares of ESE; GameAddik reported CA$24.0 million in revenue and CA$4.7 million in operating income for fiscal 2020, and will operate as ESE's gaming technology unit to strengthen its user-acquisition capabilities and expand into new end markets such as iGaming.

Stern Partners Acquires Grafton Apparel Ltd.

Grafton Apparel Ltd.'s shareholders have entered into a definitive sale agreement with an affiliate of Stern Partners Inc., a Canadian private investment firm controlled by Ronald N. Stern. Stern Partners said it will support Grafton as the company continues to independently operate and expand its 127 retail stores and three e-commerce sites (Tip Top, George Richards and Mr. Big & Tall) across Canada.
