Holland Pump operates multiple branch locations in the southeastern United States and offers rental, sales, manufacturing and 24/7 monitoring and service for dewatering and specialty pump applications.

(Jessup, MD), adding three branches to its pump rental and dewatering services platform. The deals are the fourth and fifth add-ons since Holland Pump partnered with investor XPV Water Partners, expanding Holland Pump's capabilities and geographic reach across the Mid-Atlantic to serve municipal, construction, industrial, and mining customers.

Holland Pump Company, backed by investor XPV Water Partners, has completed the acquisition of BPR Pumping & Vacuum Solutions, a regional pump rental and dewatering provider headquartered in Pearland, Texas. The add-on expands Holland Pump’s Gulf Coast footprint with new branches in the Houston and Austin areas and adds complementary rental equipment and dewatering capabilities to serve municipal, infrastructure, industrial, and mining projects in Texas.

Workdry International Acquires Holland Pump Company

The acquisition adds 15 US branches and more than 1,000 pump assets (and ~120+ employees) to Workdry's rental fleet and expands the group's presence across East and Gulf Coast markets serving infrastructure, construction, municipal and industrial customers.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Northwest Pump and Equipment Co.

Capital, through an affiliate, has completed the acquisition of Northwest Pump and Equipment Co., a distributor and service provider to fueling stations, EV charging infrastructure and other industrial customers across the Western United States. The company, founded in 1959, operates approximately 20 branch locations with ~350 employees and serves nearly 6,000 customers; H.I.G. intends to support organic and inorganic growth to expand product and service offerings and geographic density.
