U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists (USFAS), a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has acquired Carolina Foot & Ankle of Huntersville, a multi-location podiatry practice in North Carolina founded by Dr. Mark Quist. The deal is an add-on to USFAS's podiatry platform to expand its presence in the Lake Norman / Charlotte area and to leverage USFAS's administrative, clinical and IT capabilities for the acquired practice.
