PK, a global experience engineering and digital services firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon, has acquired Nuvem Consulting, a Nebraska-based Salesforce consulting specialist. The acquisition expands PK's Salesforce capabilities—particularly in lead-to-cash applications and integrated CRM solutions—and brings Nuvem's Nebraska employees into PK's Omaha offices to support broader digital transformation offerings for enterprise clients.

Oakley Capital Invests in Phenna Group and Acquires CTS Group

Oakley Capital Fund V has invested in TICC platform Phenna Group in partnership with Phenna co-founders Paul Barry and David Harrison, who are reinvesting alongside the fund. In parallel Oakley has acquired UK-based CTS Group, which will be integrated into Phenna to expand its testing, inspection and geotechnical capabilities and accelerate international growth.

PAI Partners to Acquire Majority Stake in Infra Group

The acquisition expands IP Pathways' security and compliance capabilities and will allow the combined business to deliver enhanced information security offerings to MSPs, SMBs and enterprise clients across the United States.

CyberArk Acquires Machine Identity Management Leader Venafi from Thoma Bravo

CyberArk has completed the acquisition of Venafi, a leader in machine identity management, from private equity firm Thoma Bravo for approximately $1.54 billion in cash and stock. The deal adds Venafi's certificate lifecycle management, PKI and workload identity capabilities (about $150M ARR and ~95% recurring revenue) to CyberArk's identity security platform to create an end-to-end machine identity security offering.

The Brydon Group Acquires Peak Performance Solutions

The Brydon Group has acquired Peak Performance Solutions, a Tallahassee-based provider of training, compliance and audit software for law enforcement agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed; Byline Bank and NorthCoast Mezzanine provided financing to support the transaction and Peak's co-founders will remain in advisory roles while a new CEO, John Kingsbury, will lead growth initiatives.
