Palo Alto Networks Acquires Talon Cyber Security

Palo Alto Networks completed the acquisition of Talon Cyber Security to integrate Talon’s enterprise browser technology into its Prisma SASE offering. The deal extends Palo Alto’s SASE capabilities by protecting managed and unmanaged devices and will make Talon’s Enterprise Browser available to qualified SASE AI customers at no additional cost.

Zscaler Acquires Canonic Security

Zscaler, Inc. announced it will acquire Canonic Security, an Israel-based SaaS application security startup that provides SaaS supply chain visibility and governance. The acquisition will integrate Canonic’s capabilities into Zscaler’s CASB and SSPM offerings to strengthen SaaS supply chain security and data protection; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close after Zscaler’s fiscal second quarter subject to customary closing conditions.

SonicWall Acquires Solutions Granted, Inc.

(SGI), a U.S.-based Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) that provides SOC-as-a-Service, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and other managed security services tailored for MSPs and MSSPs. The acquisition expands SonicWall’s partner-focused portfolio with U.S.-based SOC capabilities and recurring managed-security offerings designed to accelerate partner growth and improve automated threat detection and response.

Bilt Rewards Acquires Banyan

Bilt Rewards has acquired Banyan, the item-level receipt data platform that has analyzed more than 20 billion receipts and processed over $200 billion in spend. The acquisition (Bilt's first) will integrate Banyan's receipt-level intelligence into Bilt's payments and neighborhood commerce network to power hyper-personalized rewards, automated FSA/HSA reimbursements, and expanded merchant experiences; Banyan will continue to operate independently under CEO Jehan Luth.

Banyan Software Acquires Touchstream

Banyan Software has acquired Touchstream, a Barcelona-based provider of proactive SaaS monitoring solutions for OTT live streaming. The deal brings Touchstream's CDN and end-to-end stream quality monitoring (VirtualNOC, dVQA, eVQA) into Banyan's permanent-capital enterprise software portfolio to expand capabilities and customer reach across broadcasters, streaming platforms and telcos.
