OneTeam Partners has completed a recapitalization that brings HPS Investment Partners, Atlantic Park Strategic Capital Fund and Morgan Stanley Tactical Value into the company, replacing founding investor RedBird Capital Partners. The new investor group will support OneTeam's next phase of growth as the sports licensing, marketing and media company looks to diversify its business and expand into new areas.
