Sun Capital Partners (via its West Dermatology portfolio company) and Sterling Partners (via its Platinum Dermatology Partners portfolio company) merged their respective dermatology platforms to form a larger combined organization. The merger created a leading dermatology practice with more than 100 locations across the Southwestern United States and Southern California (170 physicians and 300+ providers reported); terms were not disclosed.
