An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has acquired West Dermatology, a Newport Beach–headquartered dermatology platform with 55+ clinics across Arizona, California and Nevada, from Enhanced Healthcare Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Sun Capital said it will support West’s continued organic growth and add-on acquisition strategy while Enhanced Healthcare Partners exited its platform investment.

The practice will retain its name and physicians Dr. Scott Freeman and Dr. Ryan Ramagosa will remain in leadership and reinvest a portion of proceeds; financial terms were not disclosed.

DermCare Management Acquires Four Dermatology Practices
