Clearlake Capital Acquires BakeMark from Pamplona Capital

Clearlake Capital Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire BakeMark USA, a leading manufacturer and distributor of bakery ingredients, products, and supplies, from Pamplona Capital Management. BakeMark, headquartered in Pico Rivera, California, operates five manufacturing sites and 29 distribution centers across North America and will be positioned as a platform to accelerate growth and industry consolidation in the bakery distribution and manufacturing space.
