Sellers Dorsey has acquired DignifiHealth, a population health and value-based care data analytics company, to deepen its analytics capabilities and expand its healthcare impact platform. DignifiHealth’s all-in-one population health platform — which serves hospitals, FQHCs, ACOs and other healthcare organizations across multiple states — will be combined with Sellers Dorsey’s Medicaid and healthcare strategy expertise to deliver actionable insights and improve patient outcomes.

Sharecare Acquires Visualize Health

Sharecare, the digital health company, has acquired Visualize Health, a cloud-based care-gap identification and care coordination technology provider. The acquisition expands Sharecare's population health and medical records management capabilities to better support value-based care for payers and providers; Visualize Health will operate out of Sharecare's Franklin, Tennessee campus. Financial terms were not disclosed.
