Corsair Acquires Majority Stake in MJM Holdings

Corsair, a New York-based private equity firm, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in MJM Holdings, a leading independent commercial insurance broker headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. Current investors Posella Limited and Solter Capital are fully exiting while MJM founder Marcin Ślotała and the founding management team will remain and roll significant equity as Corsair supports the company’s buy-and-build expansion plan.
