TMX VettaFi Acquires iNDEX Research

TMX VettaFi, a subsidiary of TMX Group, has acquired iNDEX Research and Development, an index provider that designs, calculates, and manages equity and fixed income indexes. The deal expands TMX VettaFi's indexing capabilities and presence in European time zones, adding iNDEX's team and ~$10 billion in linked assets to its offerings.
