The add-on deal expands MBP's residential building products line and combines Summit's patented stair product systems and regional footprint with MBP's platform; the transaction closed July 31, 2023 (terms undisclosed).

Ideal, based in Erie, Colorado, is a fabricator and installer of highway and bridge guardrail, chain-link, and iron fencing and employs a team of just over 50 people.
