Transtar Holding Company, a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, has acquired Arch Auto Parts, the largest independently owned parts distribution business in the greater New York City area. The acquisition adds 21 retail locations and two warehouses to Transtar's NexaMotion distribution platform and expands the platform's general repair presence across Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Long Island as part of a continued add-on acquisition strategy.
