BuzzFeed, Inc. closed its business combination with special purpose acquisition company 890 5th Avenue Partners, Inc. and concurrently completed the acquisition of Complex Networks. The combined company will operate as BuzzFeed, Inc., adding Complex’s youth-focused content, advertising and e-commerce capabilities as it begins trading on Nasdaq under the ticker BZFD.
