GI Alliance, a physician-led gastroenterology services organization, invested alongside partner physicians in five ambulatory surgery centers: Dallas Endoscopy Center, Cross Timbers Surgery Center, Denton Surgery Center, Digestive Health Center of Thibodaux, and Elgin Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center. The investments aim to align physician and ASC interests, enhance patient care, and support independent GI practices across Texas, Louisiana and Illinois.
