Alera Group Acquires The Avon-Dixon Agency from Shore Bancshares

Alera Group (through Alera Group Agency, LLC) purchased substantially all assets of The Avon-Dixon Agency, LLC from Shore Bancshares, Inc., with Shore Bancshares receiving approximately $25.2 million in cash. The deal, completed Jan. 3, 2019, will integrate Avon-Dixon into Alera's national network while preserving local client service.
