The acquisition is intended to accelerate product development and growth of StreetEagle, with IMD founder John Eller moving to an advisory board role and COO Doug Hawley becoming CEO.

GPS Insight, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, acquired Certified Tracking Solutions (Titan GPS) from middle‑market PE firm HKW to expand its fleet management and telematics capabilities and extend its reach into Canada.
