Olympus Partners Acquires Omega Environmental Technologies from AEA Investors

Stamford-based private equity firm Olympus Partners has acquired Omega Environmental Technologies, a market-leading aftermarket distributor of climate control products and other mission-critical automotive components, from AEA Investors. AEA will remain a minority investor and retain a board seat; Omega is headquartered in Irving, Texas, operates 20+ distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, and serves thousands of customers globally.
