PointeNorth Insurance Group (PNIG) has acquired Valdosta Insurance Services, Inc. (Valdosta, GA) and Southern Insurance Advisors (Milton/Marietta, GA), expanding its footprint across southern and mid-Georgia and northern Florida. The acquired agencies will continue to operate under their brands (Valdosta will retain its name) with existing leadership staying on as PointeNorth integrates their practices and capabilities.
