Truelink Capital Acquires Zep, Inc. from New Mountain Capital

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Truelink Capital has acquired Zep, Inc., a manufacturer of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation solutions, from New Mountain Capital. Zep, headquartered in Atlanta with more than 1,400 employees and 23 facilities worldwide, will operate under Truelink as a platform to accelerate growth through operational improvements, product innovation, and strategic M&A.

Data Clean (Angeles Equity Partners Portfolio Company) Acquires Sealco LLC

Angeles Equity Partners portfolio company Data Clean Corporation has acquired Sealco LLC, a Richardson, Texas-based critical environment cleaning business that serves data centers across the South and Southeast U.S. The add-on expands Data Clean’s contamination-control capabilities and extends its geographic presence into the Southeast data center market; terms were not disclosed.

National Carwash Solutions Acquires Zep Vehicle Care from Zep, Inc.

National Carwash Solutions (NCS), majority-owned by Berkshire Partners, has acquired Zep Vehicle Care (ZVC) from Zep, Inc. The acquisition adds ZVC's commercial car wash chemical brands (including Armor All Professional, Blue Coral, and Rain‑X) and PurClean water reclamation equipment to NCS's equipment, chemicals, and service offerings as an add-on to its platform.

CoLaTenTex Acquires Ecoserv, LLC

EcoSouth Florida (Kinderhook) Acquires Z's Disposal

EcoSouth Florida, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Z's Disposal, a roll-off waste collection company with a container-to-container transfer station in Port Charlotte, Florida. The deal expands EcoSouth's geographic footprint in Florida and strengthens its hauling and transfer-station capabilities; financing was provided by Comerica Bank and Akin Gump served as legal counsel to the buyer.
