General Atlantic Leads $300M Series D Growth Round in Biofourmis

Biofourmis, a virtual care and digital medicine company headquartered in Needham/Boston, raised $300 million in a Series D growth round led by General Atlantic, with participation from CVS Health and existing investors including SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Openspace Ventures, MassMutual Ventures, Sequoia Capital and EDBI. The capital will be used to scale Biofourmis’ Care@Home virtual care platform, expand virtual specialty care and digital therapeutics programs, and accelerate clinical trials and partnerships in value-based care.
