Mayfair Capital Partners, a division of Oxford Financial Group, has acquired Tile Redi Holdings, LLC, a Charlotte-based manufacturer of one-piece, ready-to-tile shower pans; the investment closed on February 28, 2022 for undisclosed terms. The capital will support Tile Redi's growth and broaden its distribution and manufacturing capabilities while founder Joe Cook remains a meaningful shareholder and CEO Sean Boes continues to lead the business.
