WesBanco, Inc. completed its acquisition of Premier Financial Corp. (and merged Premier Bank into WesBanco Bank) on February 28, 2025, and completed customer and branch conversions in mid-May 2025. The transaction brought roughly 400,000 consumer and 50,000 business relationships, approximately 70 former Premier financial centers and about 900 employees onto WesBanco’s platform, creating a regional bank with roughly $27 billion in assets and expanded presence across nine states.

Northern Roads Auto Group Acquires Bill's Toyota

Fisher Auto Parts Acquires Genden Auto Parts

Fisher Auto Parts has acquired Genden Auto Parts, a second-generation family business that operates seven locations across western Massachusetts, northern Connecticut, southern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. The deal expands Fisher's New England footprint and complements its new 217,000 sq. ft. Chicopee distribution center; Genden owner John Lamoureux will continue to lead store and battery-truck operations.

Premier Truck Group (Penske) Acquires River States Truck and Trailer

Premier Truck Group, a Penske Automotive Group company, acquired River States Truck and Trailer, Inc., a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based commercial truck dealership and repair business. Minimizer (backed by Capital Partners) Acquires Premier Manufacturing Company

Minimizer, a manufacturer and distributor of heavy‑duty truck aftermarket accessories, acquired Premier Manufacturing Company of Tualatin, Oregon in January 2020. The transaction — executed with backing from private equity firm Capital Partners — is an add‑on to Minimizer's business intended to expand product lines, manufacturing capabilities, and geographic reach; former owner Paul Grycko remains invested and joins the management board.
