CareMetx has acquired PX Technology to integrate PX's digital patient-access solutions (PX Connect, PX ePA, PX Consent) into CareMetx's hub services platform, aiming to speed and simplify access to specialty medications. The deal combines CareMetx's patient support services and manufacturer relationships with PX Technology's provider-focused digital tools and network of 1,300+ healthcare providers to improve provider workflows and patient treatment initiation.

General Atlantic Acquires Majority Stake in CareMetx; Vistria Reinvests
