Pool Troopers, a Tampa-based pool services platform backed by Shoreline Equity Partners, acquired the maintenance, repair, cleaning and chemical business lines of Premier Pool Service in the greater Naples–Fort Myers area. The deal is an add-on to Pool Troopers’ roll-up strategy to increase density in Southwest Florida while Premier’s owners will focus on new pool construction.
