Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) completed the acquisition of 100% of Concentric, LLC from OnPoint Group on October 2. The acquisition establishes a new North American structure to expand MHI’s capabilities in power systems, electrification and energy services for data centers, logistics warehouses and industrial facilities.

Concentric, an OnPoint Group Company Acquires Industrial Power Products

Concentric, LLC (an OnPoint Group company) has acquired Industrial Power Products, the largest motive power distributor in the Mid-South, adding seven branch locations and factory-trained service technicians. The deal expands Concentric's service footprint across West Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi and brings Industrial Power Products' digitally-enabled forklift power services into Concentric's ConcentricCARE platform; owners Scott and Michelle Monteath will remain in their roles.

A.P. Moller Holding to Acquire Maersk Supply Service

A.P. Moller Holding has entered into an agreement to acquire Maersk Supply Service from A.P. Moller – Maersk. The acquisition aims to reposition Maersk Supply Service from primarily servicing oil & gas toward becoming a leading offshore marine company for the offshore wind and renewable energy market; the deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q2 2023.

A.P. Moller Holding Acquires Svitzer Group

A.P. Moller Holding, through its subsidiary APMH Invest A/S, has completed a recommended voluntary purchase offer and now owns 93.4% of Svitzer Group. The holding company intends to compulsory acquire the remaining shares and delist Svitzer from Nasdaq Copenhagen; Svitzer will continue to operate independently under its current leadership.

A.P. Moller Holding Acquires Faerch Group

A.P. Møller Holding A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Faerch A/S, a pan‑European leader in sustainable food packaging, from funds managed by Advent International for approximately EUR 1.9 billion. The deal, subject to competition approvals and completion of Faerch's recently announced Sirap acquisition, will support Faerch's expansion of recycling capacity and accelerate its circular packaging strategy.

Concentric AB Acquires G.O. ENGINEERING GmbH

Concentric AB has completed the acquisition of G.O. ENGINEERING Gesellschaft zur Entwicklung von Hard- und Software GmbH (GO Engineering). The deal strengthens Concentric's electrification strategy by adding in-house electronics and controller design and manufacturing capabilities to support electric liquid cooling and thermal management products.
