Dober, a family-owned specialty chemical manufacturer based in Woodridge, Illinois, has acquired the Soltellus Agronomy and Water Treatment businesses from Lygos, Inc. The deal gives Dober greater control over manufacturing, quality and product development for Soltellus polymers (production to continue at Hazleton, Pennsylvania and R&D at Woodridge, Illinois), while Lygos retains Soltellus for Home and Personal Applications and its proprietary technology.

Komline-Sanderson Acquires Fluid Quip, Inc.

Komline-Sanderson has acquired Fluid Quip, Inc., a Springfield, Ohio-based manufacturer of separation and processing equipment for the corn wet‑milling, ethanol and pulp & paper industries; the transaction closed on December 30, 2021. The acquisition expands Komline's product offering and engineering/service capabilities in corn wet‑milling and renewable fuels markets and adds a U.S. manufacturing presence in Ohio.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires CoreDux from Silverfleet Capital

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has agreed to acquire CoreDux, a Netherlands-based vertically integrated manufacturer of ultra-high purity flexible gas and fluid conveyance components and systems, from Silverfleet Capital. The deal, subject to customary regulatory approvals and work-council consultations, positions CoreDux to pursue its next phase of growth serving semiconductor, aerospace and clean mobility end markets.

Zeus Acquires Canadian Distributor Agri-Flex

The deal adds roughly $14 million of annual sales and 13 staff to Zeus, strengthening the company's presence in the North American agricultural packaging market.

Dussmann Group Acquires Lynskey Engineering

German facility services group Dussmann Group has acquired Dublin-headquartered mechanical building services contractor Lynskey Engineering. The deal strengthens Dussmann Technical Solutions' mechanical engineering and maintenance capabilities in Ireland and complements its existing electrical services portfolio; Lynskey employs around 120 people and generates roughly €60m in annual revenue, and the purchase price was not disclosed.

Dometic Group AB Acquires Igloo Products Corp.

Sweden-based Dometic Group AB agreed to acquire U.S. cooler maker Igloo Products Corp. for $677 million on a cash- and debt-free basis, with an additional earn-out of up to $223 million. The deal (expected to close in Q4 2021) was sourced from private-equity owner ACON Investments (with Hauser Private Equity involved) and is intended to strengthen Dometic's North American sales and distribution footprint.
