AURELIUS Acquires dental bauer and Parts of Pluradent to Create European Dental Distribution Platform

AURELIUS, via its co-investment structure (AURELIUS European Opportunities IV Fund and AURELIUS Equity Opportunities), acquired family-run dental bauer and significant parts of Pluradent to form an integrated dental distribution platform serving the DACH region and adjacent markets. The Linneweh family (dental bauer) will remain invested and on the management team; the combined business is expected to generate more than EUR 300 million in revenues as AURELIUS pursues further buy-and-build expansion.

KGaA 30%); Minova is a London‑headquartered manufacturer of ground‑control products serving mining and infrastructure markets with >1,000 employees and ~EUR 300m revenue (2021).
