Find.co has acquired 100% of Salon.com, bringing the veteran digital publisher into its expanding media portfolio. Salon will operate as a standalone U.S. brand with existing editorial staff retained; co-owners Drew Schoentrup and Chris Richmond will remain in transitional roles following the undisclosed transaction.

The undisclosed deal expands Zenoti’s customer reach and capabilities — the combined business will now power over 15,000 salons, spas, medspas and fitness businesses, and SuperSalon CEO Raj Mahajan will join Zenoti as SVP, Corporate Development.
