Southfield Capital Acquires TFS from OnPoint Group

Southfield Capital has acquired TFS, Ltd., a Perrysburg, Ohio-based provider of material handling fleet management services, from OnPoint Group. Comvest Credit Partners provided senior secured financing to support the transaction; Southfield will retain the incumbent management team and re-invest returning executives to support growth and expand service and technology capabilities.

Wolter Inc. has acquired Dedicated Material Handling Solutions (DMHS), expanding its material handling distribution and service footprint into the Atlanta/Buford, Georgia market. The acquisition extends Wolter's product lines (forklifts, automation, cranes) and technician training/tech support into the Southeastern U.S.; terms were not disclosed.
