Eurazeo, IK Partners and RAISE to Acquire Questel

Eurazeo Capital, IK Investment Partners and RAISE Investissement, together with Questel's management team (and participation from the Eurazeo China Acceleration Fund), will invest to acquire 100% of Questel. Eurazeo and the IK IX Fund will each invest nearly €200 million and together will hold a majority stake; the deal supports Questel's growth and international expansion of its IP SaaS products and services.

Questel Acquires Majority Stake in Yoomap

The deal expands Questel's intellectual property suite by integrating Yoomap's corporate/startup relationship and innovation management platform with Questel's IP search, analytics and services.

Questel Acquires Majority Stake in Concur IP

The acquisition expands Questel’s end-to-end IP services offering by adding patent drafting, international filing and SEP/licensing capabilities while Concur IP’s co-CEOs Nitin Agrawal and Sachin Sinha will continue to lead the business.

Questel Acquires Direct Validation

Questel has signed an agreement to acquire Direct Validation, a Stockholm-based specialist in European patent (EP) validation services founded in 1988. The acquisition adds in-house EP validation and filing capabilities to Questel’s IP software and service offering, strengthening its end-to-end intellectual property services for law firms and corporate IP departments.

Noventiq Acquires Majority Stake in Saga Group

Noventiq has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Belgrade-based software and digital solutions provider Saga Group. The deal brings over 400 employees and Saga's fintech and AI IP (including the Fintense banking platform and Weaver chatbot) into Noventiq, strengthening its digital infrastructure, managed services and presence across Central and Eastern Europe.

Qvantel Acquires Optiva Inc.

Qvantel Oy completed its acquisition of Optiva Inc. via a statutory plan of arrangement, acquiring all issued and outstanding common shares of Optiva. The transaction paid Optiva shareholders C$0.25 per common share, cancelled Optiva's US$108.6 million PIK notes with consideration to noteholders (including purchaser shares, purchaser-issued senior secured notes and warrants), and will result in Optiva being dissolved and delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The combined company expands Qvantel's telecom monetization and digital operations portfolio and supports more than 70 operators with a global workforce exceeding 1,000 professionals.
