The deal expands Osmose's end-to-end joint-use and pole-attachment services for electric utilities and telecommunications providers; McLean's CEO Sean Knowles and COO Todd Taylor will continue to lead the business unit within Osmose.

The deal is a bolt-on intended to expand Osmose's product capabilities and regional presence, integrating AUS’s pole restoration products, training and repair services into Osmose’s global asset-management platform.

Osmose Utilities Acquires Centillion Solutions

Centillion, an engineering and geospatial services provider for FTTx and Hybrid Fiber Coax networks with operations in the U.S., Europe, Australia and a design center in India, will enable Osmose to offer end-to-end fiber engineering, design, permitting and post-construction services at greater scale; Osmose is a PE-backed platform owned by EQT Infrastructure.

Osmose Acquires Effigis Geo‑Solutions' Geospatial & Asset Management Business

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. acquired the Geospatial & Asset Management business of Effigis Geo‑Solutions (a division of Cansel), bolstering Osmose’s data-driven inspection and asset‑management capabilities in Canada. The deal extends Osmose’s Canadian footprint (adding operations in Quebec, British Columbia and Ontario) and combines Effigis’s geospatial expertise with Osmose’s inspection, analysis and restoration services to serve major utilities and telecom customers.
