PandoLogic Inc. has acquired conversational AI recruiting provider Wade & Wendy to integrate conversational AI capabilities into its pandoIQ programmatic job advertising platform. The deal combines Wade & Wendy's candidate engagement and screening automation with PandoLogic's programmatic recruitment advertising to deliver more qualified applicants and bundled HR technology offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Protective Industrial Products, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, has completed the acquisition of Honeywell's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.325 billion. The deal adds well-known brands (including Howard Leight, North, Miller, Salisbury and others), expands PIP's product offering and global footprint, and represents a divestiture by Honeywell to simplify its portfolio.
