Aldine Capital Partners, Capital For Business (CFB) and The Mendota Group provided a subordinated note and equity investment in The IFH Group, a U.S.-based fabricator of custom hydraulic and fuel tanks for off‑road equipment. The transaction supplies growth capital and flexible financing to support IFH’s manufacturing operations and continued service to OEM end markets including agriculture, construction, material handling and defense.

Applied Industrial Technologies Acquires Hydradyne, LLC
