The deal creates a larger, propulsion‑agnostic Tier 1 supplier with combined pro forma revenue of $5.4 billion and ~34,600 employees, and the combined business will be majority owned by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management with Oaktree Capital holding a minority interest.
