CUBE, a London-based RegTech provider, has acquired The Hub, an AI-driven web data capture and monitoring firm, to extend CUBE's Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) capabilities and integrate The Hub's technology into its RegPlatform. The deal follows CUBE's recent strategic growth investment from Bregal Milestone and is intended as an add-on to expand CUBE's technology edge and market reach across regulated industries.

Builder Software Tools will join JDM’s Explorer Software business, with Explorer President Carmen Greene overseeing day-to-day operations to integrate and support the product for Canadian builders.
