Quality Collision Group (QCG), a private-equity-backed multisite OEM-certified collision repair platform, has acquired Schaefer Autobody Centers, a St. Louis-based operator of 14 collision repair locations. The deal integrates all 14 centers into QCG's national MSO footprint; owner Scott Schaefer will assume a larger role on QCG's executive team while Schaefer Autobody will retain its name at locations.
