Cameron Ashley Building Products, backed by Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, acquired Appalachian Insulation Supply, Inc. (AIS) and Wolf Pak Transport, LLC in a stock purchase agreement. The add-on expands Cameron Ashley's insulation product offering, adds nine warehouse locations (and affiliated transportation capabilities), and increases its footprint across the Eastern and Midwest United States.

Alliance Environmental Group, LLC has acquired Thermatech Northwest Inc. to expand its environmental remediation and abatement footprint onto the West Coast. The acquisition gives Alliance a presence in Washington (greater Seattle / Tacoma area) and adds Thermatech's hazardous waste removal, asbestos abatement and related services to Alliance's portfolio.

Pacific Avenue Forms Resin Solutions to Acquire Three Product Lines from TotalEnergies' Cray Valley

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners has formed Resin Solutions LLC to acquire the Poly bd, Wingtack, and Dymalink product lines from TotalEnergies' Cray Valley in a corporate carve-out. The deal includes four U.S. production sites, one site in Italy, global customer relationships, and establishes Resin Solutions (headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania) as a standalone specialty functional additives platform under Pacific Avenue Fund I, L.P.; Joan Braca and Anthony Glauser were named CEO and CFO.

All-State Industries (Blue Sage-backed) Acquires Allied Plastics

An affiliate of All-State Industries, backed by private equity firm Blue Sage Capital, has acquired Allied Plastics, a Twin Lakes, Wisconsin-based thermoformed plastics manufacturer. The acquisition expands All-State's thermoforming and extrusion capabilities and increases the platform's scale across agriculture, heavy equipment OEM, consumer products, and packaging end markets.

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners Acquires H.B. Fuller North American Flooring Business (Now TEC Specialty Products)

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of H.B. Fuller’s North American Flooring Business, which will operate as TEC Specialty Products. Headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, TEC manufactures flooring repair and installation products (adhesives, grouts, mortars and moisture mitigation systems) across six manufacturing facilities and three warehouses and will be positioned for growth under Pacific Avenue’s stewardship following the carve-out.

ThermoSafe, headquartered in Arlington Heights, Illinois, is a global provider of temperature-assurance packaging and cold-chain solutions for pharmaceuticals, biologics and vaccines; Arsenal intends to accelerate growth and expand ThermoSafe's technology and product portfolio as part of its specialty packaging investments.
