Heritage Distribution Holdings Acquires Coastal Supply Company

Heritage Distribution Holdings, the Gryphon Investors-backed HVAC/R distribution platform, has acquired Coastal Supply Company Inc., a 40-year-old, family-owned HVAC/R distributor based in Knoxville, Tennessee with six branch locations. Coastal will operate under HDH’s Ed’s Supply division and remain led by General Manager David Kennedy as part of HDH’s continued geographic expansion in the Southeast.

Heritage Distribution Holdings Acquires AMSCO Supply

Heritage Distribution Holdings, the U.S. platform for Beijer Ref AB, has agreed to acquire the assets of AMSCO Supply, a family-owned wholesale HVAC distributor headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. AMSCO, which has roughly $45 million in annual sales and about 50 employees, will continue to operate under its own brand with existing management rolling over an ownership stake; the deal expands Heritage Distribution's U.S. footprint into adjacent Midwest and Southwest territories.

Catalyst Power Acquires Robison Energy, LLC

Catalyst Power Holdings LLC acquired Robison Energy, LLC, a New York ESCO serving the Con Edison footprint, expanding Catalyst's commercial and industrial customer base in Putnam and Westchester counties. Catalyst Power — a portfolio company of BP Energy Partners — will fold Robison's retail energy customers and channel relationships into its suite of cleaner energy and distributed energy solutions to accelerate growth in the New York market.

SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires Petro Supply

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital-backed platform, has acquired Petro Supply, a family-owned distributor of petroleum equipment based in the Mid-Atlantic, expanding SPATCO's footprint into Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The add-on strengthens SPATCO's distribution and full-service capabilities for fueling stations, convenience stores and petroleum handling facilities as the platform continues roll-up activity backed by Kian and co-investors.

Hull Street Energy Acquires Four Long Island Power Plants from J-Power USA

Hull Street Energy (HSE) has acquired 100% of four New York thermal power plant companies — Edgewood Energy, LLC; Shoreham Energy, LLC; Pinelawn Power LLC; and Equus Power I, L.P. — from J-Power USA Generation, L.P. The portfolio (approximately 300 MW) will operate as part of HSE’s Milepost Power fleet to provide capacity and grid reliability to the Long Island market.
