(PAM), a San Diego-based wealth management firm that serves over 600 clients with approximately $720 million in AUM. The acquisition strengthens Mercer Advisors' presence and capabilities in California and adds PAM's team and wealth planning, investment management and tax services to Mercer's national RIA and family-office platform.

KKR Acquires Majority Stake in ERM from OMERS Private Equity and AIMCo

KKR has signed an agreement to acquire a majority position in Environmental Resources Management (ERM) from OMERS Private Equity and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), with ERM management and Partners remaining minority investors. The transaction, intended to accelerate ERM's growth and broaden its sustainability capabilities and technologies, is expected to close in Q3 2021 subject to regulatory approvals; financial terms were not disclosed.

PMI Meridian Management Acquires Capstone Association Management

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in PHM Group

The transaction backs PHM's Nordic expansion and consolidation strategy alongside existing owner Intera Fund III Ky and management, with PHM reporting ~€120m revenue and ~1,200 employees.
