Accenture Acquires OnProcess Technology

Accenture has acquired OnProcess Technology, a Boston-based provider of supply chain managed services and reverse logistics, to broaden Accenture's after-sales and service supply chain capabilities. The deal brings OnProcess's more than 1,500 employees into Accenture Operations and was previously owned in majority by the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office (NSFO).

The add-on expands Counsel Press's service-of-process and e-filing capabilities, increases its TAM and cross-sell opportunities with existing litigator customers, and is the platform's seventh add-on since ACP partnered with Counsel Press in 2023.
