Arclin Acquires The Willamette Valley Company

Arclin has completed the acquisition of The Willamette Valley Company (WVCO), adding eight manufacturing and R&D facilities and roughly 500–540 employees to its global materials science platform. The deal expands Arclin's materials science capabilities across coatings, adhesives and repair systems and broadens its end-market exposure in wood products, railroad, concrete repair, transportation and infrastructure.

The Jordan Company Acquires Arclin from Lone Star Funds

An affiliate of The Jordan Company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Arclin, a Roswell, Georgia-based manufacturer of specialty resins and surface overlays, from funds affiliated with Lone Star Funds. Arclin CEO Brad Bolduc and the senior management team will retain a significant equity stake and continue to lead the business; the company operates 12 manufacturing facilities and has over 600 employees. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q3 2021.
