Resurgens will partner with Wellspring's management and existing investors (MK Capital and Plymouth Growth) to expand product offerings, grow go-to-market coverage, deepen customer relationships, and pursue strategic M&A.

MidOcean Partners has acquired Pragmatic Institute, a Scottsdale, Arizona–based professional training company focused on product management, data and digital design, from Renovus Capital Partners, Petra Capital Partners and other investors. Pragmatic—founded in 1993 and having trained more than 200,000 professionals globally—will pursue further growth under MidOcean through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal creates the largest Azure-focused services firm in the U.S.; Pragmatic Works' training business will remain a separate, independently owned company.
